Thursday 31 May will be the last day to enter the Worlds 2012 for the special container shipment fee. The list is increasing but way of 50 overseas boats. Don’t hesitate to enter it’s just one more day to save yourself money.
1st of June is closing in. So if you want the € 750,- shipment grant (based on container cost € 7.500,- and 6 boats; max IFDCO – grant per container will be € 3.000,-) fill out your form asap. In the attachment you can see the boats who will get the 60th anniversary grant by now. (entry list dated 25th May 2012)
Frank Nooijen is working hard to get things going for the containers to Santa Cruz. But the container industry has lost a lot of money last year so they wait as long as possible to give us a final price. By now it is clear that the cost per boat would be at least € 1.200,-. So save yourself a lot of money for shipping your boat by entering the Worlds in Santa Cruz today (7 days from today).
As part of our 60th anniversary IFDCO decided to grant roundtrip shipment of FD’s for € 750 (6 containers per boot; container cost base € 7.500/cont) for those who enter the worlds before the 1st of June. Register by visiting www.fdworlds2012.org . We love to celebrate our 60th anniversary with all of you sailing an FD in Santa Cruz.
10 boats have registered so far for the Worlds in Santa Cruz. Registering before the 1st of June (2012) means you get the special price for container shipping. We post the 18th of April offer one more time. On the 1st of June we will list the boats that have entered and receive the special shipping treatment.
Container costs for your boat for the roundtrip to Santa Cruz will be € 750 if you enter the FD WORDLS 2012 before 1st of June 2012. So if you are sure you want to make the trip sign in today on the 2012 Worlds official website www.fdworlds2012.org. The fee is based on a container loaded with 6 boats. The loading places will be as convenient as possible for everyone who is going to travel to Santa Cruz. The entry list will be Frank Nooijen his guide to suggest where containers will go for loading for the Santa Cruz trip. Our container captain will communicate the places of loading and unloading as soon as possible.
