Dear members we hereby publish the 2013 bye-laws. In the Bulletin we did an article on the intention of the changes. From 2013 on the IFDCO-members can vote for the Executives getting involved. The process is that candidates have to apply and have 5 nominees from 3 different countries for their election. There are vacancies in 2013 we will inform you about them on short notice.
